Disney/Propaganda's upcoming action-rpg Pirates of the Caribbean: Armada of the Damned, which was scheduled for release next year, won't be sailing the seas since it's been cancelled as layoffs hits studio.
It could've been an excellent movie-based game not some cheap tie-in *cough* Tron Evo *cough*, TRON Evolution: The Game on the other hand, another title they're working on, is still in development and will be released Dec 07, 2010.

Considering PotC:AotD is by far more impressive, this is just sad. Bad move Disney.
Still hoping for Gearbox to take the developer's seat =D...
