You get a chance to battle one of the high ranking demons of the underworld. Fortunately this guy is naive, you'll start off inside his stomach only becuase momohime said to devour her whole. He isn't also much of a challenge basically you have to hide on the rocks when he's enraged(a message will also pop-out) and sneak behind for a surprise attack.
